Join us in the Attic at Archipelago Denver for Mantra & Meditation every Friday morning at 8a.

We begin with Open Toning to warm up, then Kelsey Brown and/or myself offer a song/mantra to get us started.

This is a song circle and not a performance, meaning everyone is welcome to bring a tune or chant to share with the group.

Each round of song is punctuated with periods of silent meditation to allow the sound to reverberate within and around us.

As we conclude, there is always the possibility that a dance party will burst into being, but that's very much up to you!
