A weekend of personal energy management for humans who want to be both connected and protected. Practice healthy boundaries, heal empathy fatigue, hold your ground with calm confidence and know how to clear your field before and after important interactions.

During the weekend (and the weeks that follow), we will:

• identify your primary energy sources and diagnose major energy sucks
• study the structure and flow of ideal, archetypal energy patterns to get a clear sense what is possible when we’re living in harmony with the natural rhythms that generate and maintain all life in this realm of the universe
• play with awareness in a variety of ways, using meditative activities and partner/small group practices to experiment with different types of attention, using the Five Forms of Focus to see how we can consciously choose the quality of our experience and interactions at any given moment

Included in the weekend is a joyous, extravagant opportunity to manage your personal energy bubble and practice healthy boundaries while connecting with amazing people in a wild environment.
